PRESS RELEASE
ServBeyond Solutions Receives 2026 Service to the Citizen Award for Innovation and Service Excellence
Rockville, Maryland (July 12, 2026): ServBeyond Solutions is proud to announce that it has been recognized with a 2026 Service to the Citizen Award in the category of Using Innovation, Data and Breaking Down Organizational Barriers for its work supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Service Center.
The Service to the Citizen Awards honor government leaders and industry partners who deliver meaningful improvements in public service and create measurable impact for the citizens they serve.
The award also recognizes the leadership of Jay Vancil, CCSQ Service Center Government Lead at CMS, who was included as part of the award-winning team in recognition of his leadership and vision in advancing service delivery improvements across the program. The recognition reflects the strong partnership between CMS, ServBeyond Solutions, and Scope InfoTech that has driven the program's success.
Working alongside CMS and Scope InfoTech, ServBeyond helped modernize the CCSQ Service Center by transforming fragmented operational and customer interaction data into a unified analytics environment that enables proactive service delivery, AI-driven insights, and continuous improvement. Leveraging existing technologies and data sources, the team established a more connected, data-driven operating model that improved visibility, enhanced the customer experience, and enabled the Service Center to shift from a reactive support organization to a proactive operation focused on identifying trends, addressing root causes, and continuously improving service delivery for healthcare providers who rely on CMS programs and services.
"We are deeply honored to receive this recognition alongside our partners at CMS and Scope InfoTech," said Manu Bakshi, CEO of ServBeyond Solutions. "This award reflects the dedication of a team committed to improving how government serves the people who depend on it. We are especially pleased to see our customer and partner, Jay Vancil, recognized for his leadership and vision. This achievement demonstrates what can be accomplished when government and industry work together in support of a shared mission.”
Award recipients will be formally recognized at the 2026 Service to the Citizen Awards ceremony on September 18 in Washington, D.C
