Manu Bakshi is a passionate “hands-on” leader for digital transformation initiatives for software engineering and service management domains for private and public sector clients. After leading successful enterprise programs for corporate 500 clients for over 15 years, Manu started his own company, ServBeyond Solutions LLC in 2010, with a mission to serve public sector customers with services that exceed expectations, delight customers, and transform user experiences. In addition to being the chief executive, he oversees all customer engagements for ServBeyond Solutions.
Manu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP®), and a certified ITIL® Expert; skilled in managing projects in project-centric and matrix environments using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Manu has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering.
Sarika Bakshi serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations for ServBeyond Solutions LLC, responsible for accounting, finance, tax and operations. Sarika has over 20 years of public accounting experience providing tax advisory and tax software implementation services to Fortune 1000 clients in the government contracting, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunication industries.
Sarika's experience in leading high performance teams in mission critical, time sensitive projects, both for public and private sector clients, uniquely prepares her for her leadership role in ServBeyond's growth. Sarika has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Maryland and Virginia.
Jayme Alston is an experienced leader with over 20 years of knowledge and practice in Human Resources and Operations. Jayme delivers retention and motivation solutions that help high-performing companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. She brings insights from various business sectors, including government contracting, health IT, and education. Jayme believes that all things are possible through clear communication, shared respect, and inclusion.

Bobby Wood has over 30 years of Federal and State Government executive and sales management experience, with primary focus on IT solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies. He has built and led a number of successful sales/capture organizations to support aggresive growth of Consulting organizations supporting DoD and HHS missions.
With his proven ability to build small, startup firms into thriving Federal contractors and effectively manage large business environments, Bobby is uniquely positioned to support the growth of ServBeyond Solutions.
