ServBeyond Solutions proudly announces the promotion of Rhiannon Hill, PMP, to Director of Solutions Delivery. In this role, Rhiannon will oversee the delivery and growth of key federal programs, helping drive modernization efforts, operational excellence, and customer-focused solutions across ServBeyond’s expanding portfolio.
With more than 10 years of experience supporting federal healthcare and IT modernization initiatives, Rhiannon is known for her ability to bridge technology, operations, workforce strategy, and customer experience. She has helped lead modernization efforts focused on improving service delivery while maintaining operational stability in complex, high-volume federal environments. Rhiannon has played a key leadership role on ServBeyond’s CMS CCSQ program, helping drive exceptional customer service and innovative solution delivery that contributed to ServBeyond’s recent recompete win.

As Director of Solutions Delivery, Rhiannon will work closely with ServBeyond leadership and program teams to support continued growth across the company’s federal portfolio while helping drive innovation, operational consistency, and high-quality program delivery.
