ServBeyond Awarded Five-Year CMS CCSQ Service Center Contract

Baltimore, Maryland (June 8, 2026) – ServBeyond Solutions (ServBeyond) is proud to announce it has been awarded the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Service Center contract for the next five years.

The award continues ServBeyond's partnership with CCSQ in supporting critical healthcare quality programs and the providers, healthcare organizations, and CCSQ stakeholders who rely on them every day. Through the CCSQ Service Center, ServBeyond helps users access the information and support they need to deliver quality care and better health outcomes. This work recently earned a 2026 Disruptive Technology Award, recognizing ServBeyond's innovative use of data and analytics to improve operational visibility and customer experience.

Over the current contract period, ServBeyond partnered with CCSQ to modernize service delivery while maximizing existing technology investments. The team increased customer satisfaction to 93.8%, expanded digital channel adoption from 3.2% to 37.2%, and implemented AI-driven analytics capable of evaluating 100% of customer interactions. These efforts improved service delivery, reduced provider burden, and gave CCSQ greater insight into the customer experience.
