2024 was an important year for ServBeyond Solutions. We established several key relationships with industry partners and won several government contracts in open competition. Here is a summary of highlighted milestones and accomplishments:
March, 2024: The ServBeyond leadership team attended the HIMSS24 annual conference in Orlando, FL and participated in several Federal and State government customer briefings related to Healthcare policy and technology.
March, 2024: The ServBeyond leadership team attended the ServiceNow Federal Forum 2024 in the National Harbor. MD and participated in several technology and customer briefings.
May, 2024: Novus Technology Partners, the Joint Venture between ServBeyond Solutions and our partner, Scope Infotech was awarded the General Program Support Services (GPSS) Systems contract by CMS/CCIIO.
June, 2024: Several ServBeyond team members attended the NICE Interactions 2024 annual conference in Las vegas, NV to network and learn about the latest advancements in Customer Experience (CX).
September, 2024: We established a Sales and Services partner relationship with UiPath, a leading Enterprise Automation Platform company.
November, 2024: Novus Technology Partners, the Joint Venturebetween ServBeyond Solutions and our partner, Scope Infotech were awarded the CMS SharePoint contract by CMS/OIT.
November, 2024: ServBeyond Solutions was awarded the GSA One Acquistion Solution for Integrated Service Plus (OASIS+) IDIQ contract for 8A, HUBZone, and Small Business categories.
November, 2024: On November 4, ServBeyond sponsored and attended the NCMA Woodlawn chapter annual fundraising event/networking event in support of the Headstrong Project.
December, 2024: On Dec 13, the ServBeyond family and friends celebrated 2024 in an evening full of joy, laughter, good food and each each other's company at cured | 18th and 21st in Columbia, MD.
December, 2024: On Dec 17, ServBeyond hosted a virtual industry panel during the CMS Industry Day 2024, focused on Customer Service Modernization.
