Network Managed Services (NMS III) for Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT)
The ServBeyond team has supported the MDOT enterprise architecture, data center, network, and cybersecurity environments for over 9 years. We have provided Program oversight for 177 successful projects and 12 Software Development and Integration Contractors. ServBeyond team members have played a leadership role in many MDOT enterprise initiatives, including the Enterprise Office 365 implementation, Enterprise McAfee-based Data Loss Protection design and implementation, and Enterprise Disaster Recovery Planning.
The ServBeyond team designed and implemented all major MDOT IT Service Management processes based on ITIL best practices to achieve operational improvement in IT service delivery, leading to a successful ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification for the MDOT NMS III Program.
