Novus Technology Partners (NTP), an 8(a) SBA approved Joint Venture (JV) between ServBeyond Solutions LLC and Scope Infotech, Inc. is honored to have been selected by CMS to support the CCSQ Service Center. We are proud to partner with Ventech Solutions, Inc., a long standing CCSQ trusted partner on this important project. We are committed to our civic duty, and we believe that this project is an important opportunity to use our skills and experience to make a difference in the lives of Medicare beneficiaries, by providing an industry-leading, knowledge-driven, customer-centric Service Center that supports multiple CCSQ Lines of Business (LOBs).
Our team seeks to address Information Systems Group (ISG) objectives, including an increasingly complex technical environment and the need to communicate across expanding application development organizations (ADOs). Leveraging CCSQ’s existing investment in tools such as ServiceNow and NICE CXOne Contact Center as a Solution (CCaaS), we will incorporate technological innovations and novel industry best practices focused on customer experience. We will recognize contemporary customer expectations by tailoring our services to the digital access needs of a variety of modern users by providing an omnichannel experience.
In alignment with guidance given to our small business team by the HHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), and with approval of the Small Business Administration, our organizations formed our joint venture, Novus Technology Partners (NTP), in 2020 to support the many critical federal government missions. This contract award is a testament to the combined expertise of ServBeyond Solutions LLC and Scope Infotech, Inc. in providing customer-centric technology solutions for the public sector.
